Golf Course Development
Our course has changed over recent years including the addition of four new holes.
The par for the eighteen holes has been increased to 71 which provides an exciting
challenge for golfers at all levels. The course comprises holes with a variety of
aspects ranging from links, forest and parkland styles and include both flat and
undulating terrain. Many of the holes provide exhilarating views of the valley that
will only enhance the pleasurable experience received from playing the course.
The Management Committee have embarked on an ambitious and detailed plan to further
heighten the experience of playing this magnificent course including the planting of
thousands of Australian Rainforest trees in exquisitely designed and manicured gardens.
Whilst it will still be sometime before these trees reach full maturity, the discerning
golfer will be able to imagine the final challenge this will present.
Recent work and monthly working bees have seen the extension and improvement of the conditions
on the 1st dam and a first green rebuild is proceeding well.
