- Use of the Club Rewards Membership Card will constitute the member's deemed acceptance of Club Taree - Club Rewards
Terms and Conditions. The membership card is not transferable and remains the property of Club Taree Limited.

The membership card must be presented to claim a benefit or gift, and is not redeemable for cash.

Members of Club Taree acknowledge that any benefit, or gift, offered by a participating merchant is the responsibility
of the participating merchant. Club Taree accepts no liability in respect of any claim made against a participating
merchant.

Members acknowledge that benefits and gifts are only redeemable from the participating merchant and not
merchants generally.

Club Taree and participating merchants reserve the right to alter or amend any benefit or gift redeemable by a Club
Rewards member.

Club Rewards Terms and Conditions may be varied at the discretion of Club Taree by the giving of thirty (30) days
prior notice to members.

Membership in the Club Rewards program may be cancelled if a member breaches the Terms and Condition of
use, or the member acts fraudulently in obtaining a benefit or gift.

If a member's card is lost or stolen, the member should immediately contact Club Taree to have the card cancelled.
Replacement cards will be subject to the payment of the required fee.

Club Taree reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Club Rewards program at any time without prior consent of
the members. Such suspension or termination may result in a member's inability to redeem any outstanding benefit or
gift.

Club Taree reserves the right to alter merchant participation in the Club Rewards program.
