Resignation of Club Taree PresidentAfter 24 years on the Board of Directors of both Taree RSL Club Ltd and now Taree RSL and Golf Club Ltd, trading as "CLUB TAREE", President Gordon Greaves tendered his resignation at the December Board meeting. Although Gordon's decision to stand down as President came as a shock to his fellow Directors, staff and members, he believes the time had come to take a break and do some touring and attempt to decrease his golf handicap.... Silver Medalist at Clubs NSW Chefs Table Awards 2008 Club Taree has again achieved Silver Medal success in Clubs NSW 2008 Chef's Table Awards: awarding culinary innovation, recognising talented and creative chefs and cooks within New South Wales' clubs. The medals were awarded on Friday 30th May in Sydney Convention Centre at the 2008 Clubs NSW awards for excellence dinner.... read more. 
CDSE Funding Presentation The Community Development and Support Expenditure (CDSE) scheme is designed to ensure that larger registered clubs in NSW contribute to the provision of front line Services to their local communities: and to ensure that the disadvantaged in the Community are better positioned to benefit from the substantial contributions made by those clubs. Club Taree is pleased to bring its community contribution for 2007 to over $70,000 with a presentation afternoon on Thursday 23rd August. Substantial donations have already been made by the Club to Westpac Rescue Helicopter, local students via scholarships and continued support for Taree RSL Sub Branch. A presentation afternoon will see the club give generous amounts to other worthy organizations listed below. Groups benefiting from this day will include:
